The Tampa Bay Lightning are high-priced favorites at Nashville on Saturday, but for good reasons. While the Preds have been hot lately winning nine of their past 10 games, I smell a letdown game after obliterating Detroit with a 7-1 smackdown of the Red Wings last time out. The defending Stanley Cup champions from Tampa Bay are of course miles better than Detroit, even with veteran captain and leading scorer Steven Samkos questionable with an injury.

The Lightning have won five of six meetings with the Preds on the season, winning all but one game but two goals or more. I think the best value for this contest is backing Tampa Bay on the puck line.
