Both of these teams are awful. Titans are the lesser of two evils. If Levis can protect the ball Tennessee should leave Miami with a win. Dolphins don't know who their QB is and they have a beat up offensive line. Both teams will struggle to score points. Neither team has covered the spread all season. This could be the Titans best chance.
