Game of the Year (NHL) - Rogers' Western Conference BEST BET
(NHL) Anaheim vs. Calgary,
Money Line: -110.00 Anaheim (Away)
Result: Push
The Calgary Flames are coming off two consecutive wins and have lost only twice over their last eight games. They will host the Anaheim Ducks who are coming to the Saddledome looking to make some noise and end a tough streak which has seen them lose five of their last six games, four of them after regulation. They have dominated the Flames over the years though, and that's a trend I think will continue tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The return of Corey Perry - He returned to the ice against the Panthers on Sunday after missing five games prior due to the mumps, and should come into this game in even better shape . Perry is still tied for fourth in the league with his 11 goals, and the pure fear-factor that comes with the 29 year old should not be underestimated.

2. Trends - The Ducks recent struggles have mainly been in California. They've won six of their last eight on the road and 11 of their last 15 match-ups with the Flames.

3. X-factor - Who would have thought the Ducks would come into this game only a small favorite one month ago? I expect the Flames to start dropping in the standings soon, and we're getting a great price on the Ducks here.

Selection: This is a play on the Anaheim Ducks (10*)
