1. Previous History - The Raptors bet the Grizzlies in Toronto last season by a score of 99-86, and they also won by double-digits in Memphis.

2. Let Down Spot - The Grizzlies knocked off the Rockets on Monday by a score of 119 -93. That was a big game as they are battling with Houston for top spot in the West. Tonight's game against an Eastern Conference team on the road, is less significant, and we could see the Grizz let their guard down a little.

3. X-Factor - Toronto is 7-1 ATS in it's last eight games versus teams with a winning record.
