The Coach's 10* NBA Friday Night SLAUGHTERHOUSE
(NBA) New York vs. Oklahoma City,
Point Spread: -6.50 | -110.00 Oklahoma City (Home)
Result: Win
Point Spread: -6.50 | -110.00 Oklahoma City (Home)
Result: Win
The Oklahoma City Thunder are on the verge of getting their superstars back, while the Knicks may be without Carmelo Anthony tonight in OKC. The Thunder are coming off a home win over Utah, and they should be able to take advantage of a woeful Knicks team at home tonight.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Home Cookin' - The Knicks have lost seven straight on the road, since defeating the Cavs in Cleveland on October 30th. Oklahoma City has just four wins on the season, and three of those have come at home.
2. Thunder Defense - Oklahoma City ranks 4th in the NBA in opponent's scoring average, allowing just 94 points per game.
3. X-Factor - Here is what Carmelo Anthony had to say about his back spasms: "I feel sore, stiff," Anthony told the Knicks' official website. "It's gotten a little better, but (Wednesday) was the first day that I actually got to walk around a little bit. "I just don't know how long I'll be out,"
Selection: This is a play on the Oklahoma City Thunder (10*)
