Rogers 10* NHL Coach's Clinic
(NHL) Nashville vs. Colorado,
Money Line: -109.00 Colorado (Home)
Result: Win
The Nashville Predators are coming straight off a 4-3 overtime loss at St. Louis last night but might like their chances of bouncing straight back with a win in Colorado tonight. I don't though, the Predators may have won the previous two meetings this season, but this could prove to be a tough spot for the visitors who have lost four of their last five playing on back-to-back days. I think we're getting a good price on the Avs here.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Nashville's Goaltending - The Predators goals against per game average for the season is second to only the Montreal Canadiens. With Pekka Rinne injured this could quickly change though. Carter Hutton was in goal last night allowing four goals and he's still win-less on the road this season going 0-4-4 with a 3.09 GAA over eight starts. The other other option is to give 23 year old Marek Mazanec his second game of the season after playing 47 minutes at Detroit earlier this month.

2. Road Woes - Nashville is picking up the majority of its wins at home and is posting a losing road record for the season, dropping four of its last five away from home. The Avs have won five of their last six in their own building.

3. X-Factor - Jarome Iginla is leading the Avs with 15 goals and will be looking to find the net for a third consecutive game.

Selection: This is a play on the Colorado Avalanche (10*)
