(NBA) Boston vs. New York,
Point Spread: -1.00 | -102.00 New York (Home)
Result: Loss
The New York Knicks play host to the Boston Celtics in an old school rivalry game. The Knicks have started to string some wins together as the Celtics have struggled a little bit. Expect these trends to continue in this situation and for the Knicks will be able to pull out a home win. The Celtics have dropped five straight and 11 of their last 12 against fellow Eastern Conference opponents. They are 1-14 on the road when allowing at least 100 points.

Here are my keys to the game:

Knicks improved play- The Knicks have won five of seven coming in after a lengthy losing streak. The best part of the Knicks run is the fact that the team is starting to play hard and for each other. The lines will eventually move on this team as they will get more respect from the books but it hasn't quite yet. This is a pretty good value.

Home court advantage- New York has won four in a row at Madison Square Garden after opening 3-17 there.

X-Factor- Carmelo Anthony is finally healthy. Anthony scored 18 of his 31 in the third quarter against Los Angeles in the most recent win-- his second 31-point effort in three games as he has been the front-runner in this 5-2 run by the Knicks.
