NHL Trifecta
(NHL) Anaheim vs. Columbus,
Money Line: -145.00 Anaheim (Away)
Result: Loss
The Anaheim Ducks had a four game winning streak snapped Sunday as they opened a five game road trip with a 7-2 loss at the Madison Square Garden. They'll make the second stop tonight, visiting the Columbus Blue Jackets who are back on home ice after a perfect three game road swing. Fact is that they've performed better on the road this season than at home this season though, and the visitors should prove to be too much to handle in this match-up.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Situational/Motivational - The Ducks will come in with revenge on their mind after the humiliating loss to the Rangers their last time out. They're 5-1 in their last six games following a loss of three or more goals while the Blue Jackets have lost all of their last four when their opponent scores two goals or less in their previous game.

2. Home Woes - Columbus has won only 13 of its 32 games at Nationwide Arena this season. It is 1-6 in its last seven in Columbus and lost 3-2 to the lowly Hurricanes its last time out in front of the home fans.

3. X-Factor - The Ducks won the first meeting of the season 4-1 at the Duck Pond as they out-shot the Blue Jackets 34-17.

Selection: This is a play on the Anaheim Ducks (8*)
