"The Coach's" NHL Playoff ANNIHILATOR
(NHL) Montreal vs. Ottawa,
Money Line: -113.00 Ottawa (Home)
Result: Win
The Montreal Canadiens are coming into this contest with a commanding lead in this Eastern Conference Quarterfinals series having won each of the first three games. Make no mistake though, all games have been decided by one goal with two of the games settled in overtime. I think it's the Sens turn to pick up the W tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Do Or Die For The Sens - It really is do or die for the Sens tonight. Another loss and they're eliminated from the 2015 NHL playoffs. They'll come in hyper-motivated tonight determined not to let their fans down, at least not on home-ice. The Canadiens can feel pretty pleased with themselves and an off-game wouldn't be a disaster as they'll have two chances to wrap up the series home in Montreal on deck if they were to lose.

2. Solid Situational Trends - The Canadiens won 2-1 in overtime Sunday, and that Montreal win sets up a couple of convincing trends for a Senators win tonight. Ottawa is a massive 15-3 in its last 18 after allowing two goals or less in its previous game and 10-2 in its last 12 after scoring two goals or less its last time out. Add a 9-2 record in its last 11 when its opponent allowed two goals or less in its previous game and we have a good case for backing Ottawa.

3. X-Factor - Andrew "The Hamburglar" Hammond was as dominant as it gets during the post-season run-in but has struggled in the Sens net in the playoffs. Craig Anderson got the start Sunday and put up a real nice performance stopping 47 of 49 shots against. He has spent the better part of the last few months bench while the Hamburglar dominated and must be poised to show why he should be the #1 goaltender in Ottawa.

Selection: This is a play on the Ottawa Senators (8*)
