The Coach's MLB NL East ANNIHILATOR - 9-1 MLB RUN!
(MLB) NY Mets vs. Philadelphia,
Point Spread: 1.50 | -123.00 Philadelphia (Home)
Result: Loss
The Mets have split the first two of a three game set against bottom-dwelling division rivals the Philadelphia Phillies coming into the rubber-match Sunday afternoon. The Mets won Saturday's encounter 3-2, and I think we'll see another close game here where we're getting a great price on the Phillies on the RL.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Phillies will hand the ball to Chad Billingsley (0-1, 9.00 ERA) who will be poised to make his second start of the season. He was back on the mound for the first time in over two years due to Tommy John surgery and a procedure to repair a torn flexor tendon Tuesday when he was roughed up for six runs and eight hits over five innings of a 9-0 loss at Atlanta. "It felt good to be back out there again," Billingsley said. "It was very exciting. I just want to go back out there every fifth day and compete." I think we can expect better things from the veteran this afternoon. The Mets will counter with Bartolo Colon (5-1, 2.90 ERA) who's off to a terrific start to the year. He's not been quite as sharp on the road as at home though and there are plenty of batters in the Phillies line-up with decent numbers against the hefty 41 year old.

2. The Mets Offensive Struggles - While Philadelphia certainly is no offensive juggernaut, the Mets have not exactly been able to lit up pitchers of late either scoring three runs or fewer in nine of their last 11 games.

3. X-Factor - Ben Revere is 6-for-15 against Colon lifetime.

Selection: This is a play on the Philadelphia Phillies +1.5 (8*)
