The Coach's MLB UNDERDOG *SHOCKER*
(MLB) Pittsburgh vs. Philadelphia,
Point Spread: 1.50 | -113.00 Philadelphia (Home)
Result: Loss
The Pittsburgh Pirates are off three consecutive wins and will be looking to make it four on the bounce when they take on the Philadelphia Phillies for Game 2 of a three game set. The Pirates won the opener 4-3 last night, and I expect another close encounter tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Phillies will hand the ball to Sean O'Sullivan (0-1, 4.91 ERA) who will make his first start since spending April 12 after spending a little less than a month on the disabled list. He held the Nats to two runs on five hits over six innings in his only outing at Philly so far on the year and has one scoreless inning of relief as his only experience of the Pirates. Pittsburgh will counter with a familiar face for the Phillies as A.J. Burnett (1-1, 1.66 ERA) will take the mound for the visitors. He spent the 2014 season with Philadelphia after hurling for the Pirates for two season's prior, and despite his good numbers so far on the year I think a rowdy home-crowd will put him off his game here.

2. Burnett vs. Phillies - The veteran is just 6-9 with a 5.00 ERA in 20 career games (19 starts) versus Philadelphia and its lineup is likely to have him even more figured out now after watching him all season long last year.

3. X-Factor - Grady Sizemore is 6-for-17 with a homer and four doubles against Burnett, and is coming in red hot batting .391 so far this month.

Selection: This is a play on the Philadelphia Phillies +1.5 (8*)
