The Coach's MLB Heavy Hitter - (Bigtime Blowout Potential)
(MLB) Atlanta vs. San Francisco,
Money Line: -134.00 San Francisco (Home)
Result: Win
The San Francisco Giants recent surge has taken them just one game within the NL West leading Dodgers, and they're off a three game sweep at Milwaukee, winning 11 of their last 11 overall. The Atlanta Braves shocked the already aforementioned Dodgers with a 3-2 win last night, but I think they'll find it hard to pull another rabbit out of their hat tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Giants will hand the ball to Chris Heston (4-3, 4.33) as he'll look to bounce back from two horrible road-starts. He's been far better home at AT&T Park where he's compiled a 2.77 ERA over four starts on the year. The Braves will counter with Shelby Miller (5-1, 1.50 ERA) who has been dominant all season. He's had decent success against the Giants in his career, but was roughed up for three runs on six hits over just 3 2/3 innings in Game 4 of last year's NL championship series while still with the Cardinals in the last meeting.

2. Situational - It's not easy stopping the Giants when they're on a roll, which they are right now, and they're 9-1 in their last 10 games following a win. It's also worth mentioning that they're a massive 21-5 in their last 26 when hosting a team with a losing road record (Atlanta is 11-13 away from home on the season).

3. X-Factor - Nori Aoki has belted Miller with seven hits and a homer over 18 at bats against the 24 year old right-hander in previous meetings.

Selection: This is a play on the San Francisco Giants (8*)
