The Coach's 10* MLB SURE SHOT
(MLB) San Diego vs. Atlanta,
Money Line: -124.00 San Diego (Away)
Result: Loss
The Padres rallied in the top of the ninth to tie last night's series opener in Atlanta, and went on to beat the Braves by a score of 5-3 in extra-innings. I like San Diego in Game 2 with it's ace on the mound.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - James Shields will be on the mound for the Padres, looking for his eighth win of the season. Shields (7-0, 3.58 ERA) allowed two runs on six hits over seven innings in a win over the Mets his last time out. He's been better on the road than he has been at home, going 27-10 with a 2.92 ERA in 53 starts on the road since 2012. The Braves hand the ball to Mike Foltynewicz, who is coming off consecutive losses.

2. The Braves Bullpen - It was Jason Grilli that cost the Braves the win last night, and their bullpen ranks dead last in the majors with an ERA of 4.90.

3. X-Factor - San Diego has been the lowest scoring team in baseball for years, but not this year. The Padres rank 5th overall with 259 runs scored.

Selection: This is a play on the San Diego Padres (10*)
