*10* TOTAL DOMINATION on OVER Broncos/Bears.
The Denver Broncos have lost back-to-back games after starting the season 7-0, and they will head to Chicago without Peyton Manning. The veteran quarterback has had a miserable season, throwing almost twice as many picks (17) as TDs (9). It should be hard for backup Brock Osweiler to do a better job of protecting the football. I think the bookmakers are overcompensating for the Manning injury, and my money is on the over.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Jay Cutler - The former Bronco is quietly having himself a pretty good year. Cutler threw for 258 yards and three TDs in an upset win over St. Louis last week. His five INTs so far through the first 10 weeks is a career low.
2. Previous History - The Bears defense has really struggled against quality opposition, and they've gone over the total in eight of their last 11 versus a team with a winning record.
3. X-Factor - The Over is 43-14-3 in Broncos last 60 games following a loss.
Selection: This is a play on Denver@Chicago to go UNDER the total (10*)
