*10* NON-CONFERENCE GAME OF THE WEEK on the LA Kings.

Both the Los Angeles Kings and the Florida Panthers are coming into this contest at BB&T Center with back-to-back defeats in the baggage. The Kings lost 4-3 at Carolina Sunday, and I think they'll be the team most eager to get back to their winning ways tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous Meetings - The Kings have dominated this series in recent season winning 11 of the last 13 meetings. They defeated Florida 4-1 home at Staples Center earlier this month, out-shooting the Panthers 35-19.

2. The Kings Goaltending Situation - Jonathan Quick has lost four of his last seven starts behind a 3.00 GAA and was pulled after giving up four goals on 17 shots yesterday. He's 6-2-0 with a 1.81 GAA in previous meetings with the Panthers however, but might still be rested for back-up Jhonas Enroth tonight. The Swede is 3-1-0 with a 1.17 GAA and one shutout in five games this season.

3. X-Factor - The Panthers have given up an average of 3.09 goals per game while losing eight of their last 11 overall.
