The Coach's NHL SURE SHOT (Just $25!)
(NHL) Ottawa vs. Philadelphia,

8* SURE SHOT on Philadelphia Flyers.

The Philadelpha Flyers have been very hard to beat lately and are coming into this contest on a 12-3-2 run. They've won three of their past four games, each of the last two past regulation. The Ottawa Senators have opened a three-game trip with back-to-back wins at Winnipeg and Minnesota, but this looks like a very tough spot for the Sens.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Situational - This will be the Sens third game in four days, and they're 0-4 in their last four in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation. I don't see them going the extra mile as results earlier this week saw them eliminated from any postseason discussion. The Flyers on the other hand are fighting tooth and nail to hold onto the last wild card in the East, entering Saturday's play tied with the Red Wings on points but holding the tie-breaker and with two games in hand.

2. Home Cookin' - The Flyers have won five of their last six at home and took down the NHL-leading Capitals in a 2-1 shootout victory in front of the home town crowd Wednesday night. They're 6-2-1 at home against the Senators over the last six seasons.

3. X-Factor - Philly's netminder Steve Mason has posted a 1.61 GAA through his last six starts.

Selection: This is a play on the Philadelphia Flyers (8*)
