Rogers' Afternoon 3-Game SWEEPER PASS (100% THIS YEAR!)
(MLB) Arizona vs. LA Dodgers,
Money Line: -153.00 LA Dodgers (Home)
Result: Loss
8* play on LA Dodgers.

Both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Los Angeles Dodgers are coming off disappointing four-game series as they dropped three of four against the Cubs and the Giants respectively. This will be the Dodgers first home-game of the season while the D'Backs are on the road for the first time and I like the home-team in this match-up.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The D'Backs hand the ball to Patrick Corbin (0-1, 5.14 ERA) who struggled in his season debut giving up four runs on eight hits and three homers over seven innings of a 4-3 loss to Colorado. The southpaw was 0-2 with a 5.23 ERA in two meetings with the Dodgers last season. The Dodgers counter with Kenta Maeda (1-0, 0.00) and the 28 year old Japanese was completely unfazed in his major league debut when he held the Padres to five hits over six scoreless innings on April 6.

2. Justin Turner - The Dodgers' third baseman is 8-for-27 (.296) so far this season and has had good success in previous meetings with Corbin going 5-for-10.

3. X-Factor - The Dodgers have won five consecutive games when facing a left-handed starter.

Selection: This is a play on the Los Angeles Dodgers (8*)
