Rogers' 3-Game NHL PLAYOFF SWEEPER PASS (BREAK OUT YOUR BROOMS!)
(NHL) Los Angeles vs. San Jose,
Money Line: 111.00 Los Angeles (Away)
Result: Win
8* play on the LA Kings.

The LA Kings won't be lacking confidence despite losing the first two games of this series versus Pacific Division rivals San Jose, as everyone remembers what happened two years ago. The Sharks were up 3-0 in that first round series, and allowed the Kings to come back and win four straight. This Sharks team is quite fragile, and has a long way to go if they hope to shake off a history of choking in the post-season.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Home Cookin' - Normally a team returning home after taking Games 1 & 2 on the road would figure to have a commanding lead. The Sharks though posted a home record of 18-20-3, the worst of any team in this year's playoffs.

2. Drew Doughty - The Kings Norris Trophy candidate has failed to record a point in this series so far, but he totaled 51 points during the regular season, and he scored a goal and three assists in five games against the Sharks. He should be a factor here in Game 3.

3. X-Factor - The Kings are 5-2 in the last 7 meetings in San Jose.

Selection: This is a play on the Los Angeles Kings (8*)
