10* play on Charlotte Horntes.

The opener of this Eastern Conference Quarterfinals ended up being a one-sided affair as the Heat ran away with a 123-91 win at American Airlines Arena Sunday. I think the Hornets will keep tonight's game a lot closer and are looking good to return home to Charlotte for the next pair of games with the series all tied up.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Let Down Spot - The Heat are a very good team when they're at their best, but they've struggled with consistency all season. They're 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games following a straight up win while the Hornets have covered the spread in four of their past five coming off a loss. They're definitely running the risk of underestimating their opponent after Sunday's 32-point victory.

2. Focused Hornets - "We made a lot of mistakes," Kemba Walker told reporters after Sunday's defeat. "Coach gave us an awesome game plan and we just completely went against it. We didn't do what he told us to do. That's not really us. We're usually the team that plays mistake-free. (Sunday), that wasn't the case. They played extremely well as well, but we definitely made a lot of mistakes." The teams finished the regular-season with identical 48-34 records, so there's no doubt the Hornets will keep it close if they just minimize their mistakes.

3. X-Factor - The underdog is 5-2-1 ATS in the last eight meetings.
