Rogers' *30 STAR* NBA PLAYOFF SWEEPER PASS (100% RUN ON THE LINE!)
(NBA) Portland vs. LA Clippers,
Point Spread: 8.50 | -110.00 Portland (Away)
Result: Loss
10* play on Portland Trailblazers.

Most expected Game 1 of this Conference Quarterfinals between the No.4 and the No. 5 seed in the West to be a tight affair, but the Clippers had other plans and ran away with a 20-point blowout victory. The Trail Blazers are looking good to rebound with a big performance tonight before the series shifts to Rip City.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Situational - Blowout defeats is nothing new for this Portland team which had a slow start to the season, but it has always had a quick reply. The Trail Blazers are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points and 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games playing on two days rest. The Clippers have covered the spread in just one of their last nine playing on two days rest.

2. C.J. McCollum and Damian Lillard - The Blazers shot 39.8 percent from the field and made just 10-of-30 from long range in Game 1 for their worst shooting game since March 14. McCollum shot just 3-of-11 with from the field with a total of nine points while Lillard managed 21 points on 7-of-17 shooting. The pair combined to average 45.9 in the regular season and there's no way they'll come out as flat for a second straight game.

3. X-Factor - The Clippers made just 69.1 percent of their attempts from the foul line during the regular-season and shot 64.1 percent in Game 1. These missed free throws can cost them dearly and it must be demoralizing to see easy points go to waste time and time again.

Selection: This is a play on the Portland Trail Blazers (10*)
