The set-up: Game 7. Last year the Knights knocked the Sharks out of the playoffs and I think the up-start underdog from Vegas has what it takes to do it again this year as well. After back-to-back losses, I believe the Knights finally respond in Game 7. With a line like this, clearly the oddsmakers think these teams are very evenly matched. And they are. It wouldn't be difficult to write a convincing argument for either of these sides to come out on top, but I think the Knights have the advantage in net with Marc Andre Fleury in this Game 7 situation.

The pick: Also note that Vegas is 12-5 (+5.3 units) this season in trying to revenge a home loss vs. an opponent and 9-5 (+3.1 units) after scoring one goal or less in its previous contest, while San Jose is a miserable 0-5 (-5.5 units) the last two years when tied in a playoff series. Consider the Knights in Game 7.
