The set-up: Surprise, surprise, the Sabres finally broke their 17-game losing streak. Buffalo posted the 6-1 win over Philadelphia last night and I think it'll keep the foot on the gas here as it tries to string a couple victories together in a row. Good value here on the PUCK LINE in my opinion. The Sabres have been much more competitive (finally!) over their last three games and they play with revenge here after falling to the Rangers 5-3 in their most recent matchup two weeks ago.

The pick: The Rangers broke a two-game slide with a 5-2 win at Washington in their most recent matchup. New York has looked fantastic over the last month, but I think it'll have its hands full with this hungry, and now confident (and revenge-minded!) home team. Consider the Sabres on the PUCK LINE Thursday.
