The pick: Zach Eflin is just 2-6 with a 4.39 ERA for the Phillies. He's taken a step back this year. The Phillies also have a poor bullpen, but I still think that Eflin has a big opportunity for a bounce-back performance against this "on again, off again" Mets' offense. deGrom is going to have a letdown at some point, and I say that some point is today.
