The Giants have Logan Webb on the mound today and he has been very sharp. Lauer the lefty has been not quite the same. His starts are short, and his efffectiveness has suffered in his last few starts. If Webb does give up runs it is generally early. The Giants need a win here to hold off the surging Dodgers, and this is their best opportunity. The total is low for the first half. Look for it to go OVER IN THE FIRST FIVE INNINGS.
