ROGERS' 10* MT WEST GAME OF THE MONTH *79-48-4 RUN*
(NCAAB) Utah State vs. Boise State,
Point Spread: -2.00 | -105.00 Boise State (Home)
Result: Win
Coming into this game, Utah State is what I would call a “surprising 13-2.” The Aggies didn’t return a single player who averaged in double figures, but are shockingly among the nation’s leaders when it comes to effective FG%, three-point % and bench points. As a result, they lead all Mountain West teams in scoring at 83.3 points/game.

Boise State’s calling card is its defense. No team in the conference allows fewer points/game (59.7). They are 13th best in the country at defending the three-point line, holding opponents to just 28.1% there. Opponents’ effective field goal percentage is 43.7 for the season.

The Broncos must limit USU on the glass and I think they will. Thus far, the Broncos have held teams to an offensive rebounding percentage of only 21.6.

This is a great price on Boise State at home where they have won four in a row. The Broncos are also 4-0 straight up and against the spread the last two seasons against the Aggies. 10* on BSU
