The Coach's NFL *Afternoon ANNIHILATOR* - Colts@Steelers

The Indianapolis Colts made the playoffs last year, so it shouldn't be that surprising that they come into Pittsburgh this Sunday with a 5-2 record. Few would have predicted that they would have been so successful on defense though, and they've held opponents to fewer than 20 points four times during a five game win streak. They shutout the Bengals at home last week, and I like their chances of shutting down this Steelers offense as well. Rather than lay points with the road favorite, I'll take the under as the total seems awful high here.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The total has gone under in three of the last five head to head meetings between these two teams, however today's total is far higher than it was in any of those previous contests. None of the last five meetings saw enough points to reach the listed number in this game.
2. Colts Pass Rush - Indianapolis has sacked opposing quarterbacks 20 times in their last five games, and they could make life very difficult for Big Ben today. "The whole defense is feeding off of each other right now," coach Chuck Pagano said. "The energy that they're playing with, the effort that they're playing with right now. Anytime you have success like they're having, the confidence level is at an all-time high."
3. X-Factor - Weather could be a factor with a forecast of 45% chance of rain and winds over 20MPH.
Selection: This is a play on the Colts@Steelers to go UNDER the total (8*)
