(NHL) New Jersey vs. Pittsburgh,

Result: Win
The New Jersey Devils started the season strong winning three consecutive road games before losing 6-2 in Washington. They needed overtime to overcome the Senators in Ottawa on Saturday, and I think they will come up short in Pennsylvania tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The Penguins Power Play - Pittsburgh has been very effective with a man advantage so far, scoring 10 goals over seven games with a 40% success rate. There's reason to believe they will be able to keep that ratio tonight, as the Devils have the worst penalty killing units in the league, conceding a goal on nearly 69% of their penalties.

2. Home Cookin' - Pittsburgh has won eight of the last 10 meetings at eight of 10 at CONSOL Energy Center, and finished the 2013-2014 season as the sixth strongest home team with their 28-9-4 home record.

3. X-factor - Sidney Crosby ended a two game point-less streak in Saturday's 3-0 win at Nashville with a goal and two assists. He has now tallied five goals and 12 points for the season.

Selection: This is a play on the Pittsburgh Penguins (8*)
