2) In fact, this starting pitching talent discrepancy makes this a price in which I have no issues at all in laying. Toronto goes with Jose Berrios (6-1, 2.97 ERA home games), while the Rays counter with Shawn Armstrong as an opener and then Tyler Alexander likely as a bulk reliever.
3) Considering both bullpens have struggled this season and the Jays likely to use a lot less bullpen than the Rays in this one, no need to look any further than the starting pitching match up here. But I will also say that the Blue Jays are also catching the Rays at a great time with Tampa Bay off the huge series with the Yankees. Lay the price with confidence.
