Bowling Green has a new high-powered system under Dino Babers and the over became the sharp bet early in the year. QB Matt Johnson was lost for the year, Babers slowed down the pace and the under continues to be the sharp bet as they have gone under six straight by an average of 16 points per game. Four of the last five have gone under by at least 12.5.

Ozzie Mann, who was benched because of horrible play returns as starting QB for Ball State thanks to injury. He does not make a lot of mistakes, but nor does he make a ton of plays. That is great for the under. So both offenses will play it very conservative, well at least enough to go under the high total.
