Few pitchers have as compelling home/road splits as Drew Hutchison who has a 2.21 ERA at home compared with a 9.00 ERA in 11 outings on the road. Admittedly it is tough to quantify for a computer system and perhaps anecdotal, but we have found stud pitchers have a bit of settling in period when they change teams. Pitchers such as Cueto are generally a good fade in their fist few starts with a new team.
