Sam Bradford is out, Mark Sanchez will start, and Tim Tebow will get playing time. Tebow and Matt Barkley are battling for the third spot. Tebow may have an advantage because of the intangibles. His athleticism fits Kelly up-tempo offense. Star RB DeMarco Murray is doubtful for Philly.
Colts starters expected to play 12-15 snaps at the most. Colts have been pretty healthy including OL staying intact.
There would seem to be a good chance none of the Birds ballyhooed trio of inside linebackers, Alonso, Kendricks and Ryans, will play against the Colts. Najee Goode and Jordan Hicks, come on down.
With so many players out and two marginal QBs going to get the majority of the playing time, the chalk looks like a false favorite. Indy is much healthier.
