It is a big sandwich game for the chalk. Bill & Mary is off a road trip in which they were blown out by Hofstra, then edged Drexel at the buzzer just two days ago. Wednesday they play at conference leader Delaware, a must-win game for Bill & Mar to have a chance at the regular season title.

So it is a really tough spot against Charleston, who leads the CAA in scoring defense (62.7), while ranking second in field goal percentage defense (41.0).

They are playing four games in eight days and this one is the letdown/look ahead. Although Charleston is also playing three in six days, they have off until February after tonight.

The Cougars are a strong 4-3 straight up on the road. Two of the losses were by a combined six points. The other was opening the season at national champion Louisville.
