Last year California was injury riddled and got baptism by fire. However, clearly they are much better for the wear. They are 4-1 straight up and against the spread hosting Washington in a bubble burst situation. Off their first loss and with a road game at Oregon staring at the next week, it is just too good a sandwich spot. Cal is for real, but undervalued off the disaster that was last year. We like the combo of scheduling, undervalued team, and bubble burst.
