Somewhat like our winner last night on Golden State we have one of the best margin of cover teams against one of the worst, a good indicator of which teams the oddsmakers have overvalued and undervalued. The Spurs are 2-1 straight up yet 0-3 against the spread with two setbacks by six points against the spread.

Most of our databases use closing lines. Only a big line move having Houston missing one game against the spread by a half-point (but covering widely available earlier spreads) is the only blemish. They covered each of their other four games by seven or more.

The Spurs are off a tough game last night and of course have some key veterans who are getting up in age.
