Virginia vs. Louisville: Oct. 12th, 2024
(NCAAF) Cardinals (LOU) vs. Cavaliers (UVA),
Total: 53.50 | -115.00 Over
Result: Loss
We've got an ACC clash in Charlottesville this Saturday, and I'm thinking a lot of points will be scored. Louisville, in particular, has an impressive offense led by quarterback Tyler Shough, who has thrown 13 touchdowns against just two interceptions to this point in the year. Add in that the Cardinals have struggled defensively each of the last two weeks, and this is a side that I think will continue to play in high-scoring games the rest of the year.

Virginia, meanwhile, has played well offensively for most of this season. They threw in a clunker against Maryland, but have rebounded by scoring 67 points over their last two games. I wouldn't call the Cavaliers an elite offensive unit, but I think they hold up their end of the bargain against a suspect Louisville defense.
