We'll head to Conference USA for this one, and while there probably won't be a ton of eyeballs on this game, I think there's plenty to like from a betting standpoint. UTEP hosts Florida International, and I like the visitors to cover the 5.5-point spread.

The Panthers took undefeated Liberty to the limit last week, rallying from a 24-10 fourth-quarter deficit before losing in overtime. Their offense has had some spurts of effectiveness so far this season, and they're capable of putting up plenty of points.

UTEP, by contrast, is one of the worst teams in the country (possibly THE worst). The Miners are 0-6, and save for an overtime loss to Southern Utah, none of their games have been close. Their defense has allowed 85 points over the past two weeks, and their offense just isn't equipped to compensate for the weaknesses on the other side of the ball.

Florida International is by no means a juggernaut. However, I really like them in this spot, and I'll gladly lay the 5.5 points.
