Rays over Yankees- To me, the Yankees are big biggest surprise in baseball as their line-up has seven starters hitting .240 or less but they have produced the long ball along with great pitching to lead the AL East. Tonight they will face one of the AL's young hard throwers in Chris Archer (3-4, 2.59 ERA) who has 40 strike outs in his last five starts over 29 innings. He has allowed only one home run over that span and although New York will start another hard thrower in Nathan Eovaldi (3-0, 3.97) he doesn't have the control yet and has allowed five homers in his last five starts. Tampa Bay is 7-3 in their last 10 home games and will get it done here tonight. Take the RAYS!
