Mets over Braves- Highly touted rookie Noah Syndergaad (2-4, 3.76 ERA) broke in with a stellar performance against Toronto with 11 strikeouts in six innings allowing only two hits but has and struggled until his last start on Monday. He has excellent control for a young hurler giving up just eight walks while striking out 45 in less then 41 innings. New York blew a late lead last night and has struggled on the road winning just three of their last 17 but still lead the NL East by a half-game. Williams Perez (3-0, 2.29) has moved out of the bullpen into the rotation and has posted a 1.50 ERA as a starter but that ends tonight. Take the METS!
