The team with the 'guaranteed' worst record in NBA once again is favored. New Orleans who is without Anthony Davis has won their last two their longest win streak in six weeks. Philadelphia has had injury issues of their own as Nerlans Noel has missed the last six contests and forward Richaun Holmes the last four. Look for the 76ers to pull out a rare victory here.
