Michigan State has been over-achievers this season and have had difficulty on the road where they are 1-3 ATS and surrendering 31 points per game while only scoring 19. Rutgers has been a money maker at home 4-2 ATS. I expect the Spartans to sleep walk through what they consider an inferior opponent. Take the SCARLET KNIGHTS!
