Padres over Cardinals- This is going to be a difficult game to justify as the Padres are last in the NL West and have so many short-comings. To start with they have the lowest On-Base-Percentage of any team in baseball and the only team under .300 OBP. They are just 8-17 at home and have lost seven of their last wight meetings against the Cardinals. But, there is one bright spot for San Diego and that is starting pitcher Tyson Ross (2-3, 3.67 ERA) who has allowed just 34 hits in 41.2 innings of work but has received kittle offensive support. Tonight, San Diego will hopefully put enough runs together to win at home. Take the PADRES!
