Reds over Tigers- One of the biggest surprises of the MLB season to date is the play of the Detroit Tigers as they are just 1-game under the breakeven mark after going 64-98 last year. What is even more surprising is that they have been doing it of late without slugger Miguel Cabrera who is down for the rest of the season. Matt Boyd (4-4, 3.23 ERA) has been outstanding but he is 1-3, with a 7.40 ERA in six inter-league games. Cincinnati will start Sal Romano (3-7, 5.67) who is off his best performance of the season allowing four hits and one run in eight innings his last time out. Take the REDS!
