Raptors (+) over 76ers- These two powerhouses met three times before the holidays with Toronto winning the first two at home before the 76ers broke out with a 126-101 win. It is difficult to gage what recent history between these two actually means as both clubs have mad major overhauls in the last 12 months but, the Raptors are 12-4 ATS in the last 16 meetings. Toronto has a balanced lineup and even with the likes of All-star guard Kyle Lowry and who will most likely be sidelined as they are 8-4 without Lowry and 11-3 when Kawhi Leonard is 'resting.' The Sixers were missing JJ Redick in their loss at Sacramento Saturday and forward Wilson Chandler will be out two weeks. The Raptors are 16-11 straight-up on the road and the 76ers are 21-5 SU at home but just 14-12 ATS. Take TORONTO
