lost a number of players they are still the World Champs and will play with that pride and they have one of the best pitchers in baseball on the mound. Max Scherzer (11-7, 2.82 ERA) had 243 strikeouts last season and with the Yankees free swingers like Judge, Stanton and Sanchez his strikeout total should rise. His lifetime mark against the 27-time World Champs is 6-3 with a 3.33 ERA. NY will be without contact hitter DJ LeMahieu while the Nationals still have Juan Soto.
