The Padres haven't been to the post season since 2006 and they have made four trades before the deadline and are serious about picking up some pitching. Tonight they will start one of the hurlers that they have counted on and he is struggling. Garrett Richards (1-2, 5.17 ERA) has been hit hard of late and one start at Coors Field this season he allowed four runs and eight hits in 5.2 innings. German Marquez (2-4, 4.50) and he is 5-2 lifetime against the Padres with 69 K's in 55 innings. San Diego is just 4-12 as road dogs while the Rockies are 6-2 as hosts against the Pods and 4-1 versus the NL West. Take COLORADO!
