Reds over Cardinals- When the season began Cincinnati was considered the 'Dark horse' in the NL Central and have been a major disappointment to date trailing the Cubs by seven games with just 24 games to go. St. Louis has played just 27 games and the schedule has become heavy with games as they start Johan Oviedo (0-1, 3.60 ERA) who is making his third start of the season. The Reds will start Tyler Mahle (1-1, 3.96) and he is up against a Cards team that is 20-7 in their last 27 meetings in Cincinnati. The Reds have yet to win a home series but with this line being what it is I suspect they win here. Take CINCINNATI!
