Tulane who is 2-1 had their opener cancelled and had an opening date last week. Houston has had issues since the last meeting a 38-31 Tulane victory as they lost the QB D'Eriq King who went red-shirt after the loss. That loss dropped the Cougars to 1-3 on their way to 4-8 season. Houston has dominated this series but most of it is past history going 12-4 ATS in the last 16 meetings but they are 3-8 ATS against teams with winning records and this is their opener while the Wave have three games under their belt and that is a huge advantage.
