Hokies (+) over Blue Devils- A lot of things are changing in the ACC and the dominating play of North Carolina and Duke appear to be in the rear view mirror. Although they have played and won four more games than No. 19 Duke the Hokies are ranked No. 20 below the Blue Devils as old reps remain with the perennial powers. Virginia Tech is a strong rebounding team bullying Notre Dame on the boards last time out gaining a 41-24 rebounding advantage.
