Pirates (+) over Eagles- East Carolina had a nice little win streak working and then ran in Cincinnati and was beaten 35-12 in their season's final game. Meanwhile Boston College was good when Phil Jurkovec plays and not so good when he doesn't and he will play here. Still, appearing in half the Eagles games they were 12th of 14 in conference offense while the Pirates average 433 YPG, 85 more than the Eagles. ECU's running game should have it's way. BC is 2-8 in ATS last 10 bowl games and Pirates are 5-1-1 ATS as underdogs in last seven. Take EAST CAROLINA!
