Tampa Bay at Carolina 1:00 ET
Panthers (+) over Buccaneers- After starting the season 3-0 Carolina has taken a huge fall and last lost seven of their last nine including the last four without an ATS win. Tampa Bay of course is off having lost to New Orleans 9-0 as I have never seen Tom Brady look worse. Cam Newton (the future?) will start once again and they have yet to win a game in which he has started. The Buccaneers are banged up to the point of resigning Brown and bringing in everybody's favorite Le'Veon Bell. Tampa is just not in sync right now. Take CAROLINA!
